Thank you for learning to knit with us

We hope you enjoy learning a new skill and it brings you a sense of comfort and satisfaction. Below, you will find links to each project with video tutorials that describe and show the techniques that you'll need to complete your project! Don't forget to keep in touch and share your progress with us on Instagram.

Our projects are designed to help grow your skills in progression. Start with a Garter stitch project and move on to purling with our Stockinette or Seed Stitch cowls. Finally, try your hand at our Winter Hat to combine all your new skills, and you’ll be ready for just about any project you’d like to take on in the wide world of knitting - sweaters here you come!

Garter Stitch Cowl

Learn to Knit - Our first knitting project teaches you how to cast on, knit, bind off, and seam your fabric to make a cozy cowl!

Garter Stitch Scarf

Learn to Knit - An expansion to our Garter Stitch Cowl project, the scarf version is great for those who catch the knitting bug and want more to practice their newfound skills with!

Stockinette Stitch Cowl

Learn to Purl I - A great second project that builds directly on the skills learned in the Garter Stitch Cowl. The only new technique you will learn in this classic project is the purl stitch!

Seed Stitch Cowl

Learn to Purl II - For those impatient to learn more new techniques after the Garter Stitch or Stockinette Stitch cowls, the Seed Stitch Cowl is a great pattern that introduces the purl stitch, how to knit in the round, and alternating knits and purls to create a textured fabric!

Winter Hat

Advanced Beginner - Once you've gotten the hang of knitting and purling, you are well equipped to make our Winter Hat. With this project, you'll learn how to knit in the round, use two different decreases to shape the crown, and finish with a fun pom pom!
